When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Note that orders placed after 2:00 AM GMT-06:00 on weekends will be handled on the next business day. We ship all products from our factory in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

What are the shipping costs?

Enjoy free express shipping worldwide for orders over $80. For orders below this amount, express shipping costs $17.

How long does delivery take?

Packages typically arrive within 2-4 days after tracking information is sent. We use an express delivery service to ensure prompt arrival.

Can I update my shipping address after dispatch?

Yes, you may change the delivery address if needed. Contact us promptly to update the details.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

We accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached. You can choose a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange.

Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
How do I initiate a return?

 

  • Please send us an email at info@tanthrough.us or via the contact form on the website here to initiate your return.
  • You will receive approval from tanthrough.us support department before shipping the product back. You will receive the full details for our return address, which is in Europe: Bulgaria, Stara Zagora city.
  • Please put the order number in the package.
What happens after I return an item?

As soon as we receive the returned product you will receive a confirmation and we will complete one of the following steps according to your request:

  • If you would like a replacement it will be sent within 1 business day. You will receive tracking information for delivery.
  • If you would like credit for future in-store purchases you will receive it within 1 business day via a code to your email.
  • If you would like a refund of your payment you will receive it within 7 business days.
