We accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached. You can choose a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange.
Conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store credits, or exchanges will be processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item if it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Return start process
- Please send us an email at info@tanthrough.us or via the contact form on the website here to initiate your return.
- You will receive approval from BestTanSwim support department before shipping the product back. You will receive the full details for our return address, which is in Europe: Bulgaria, Stara Zagora city.
- Please put the order number in the package.
Exchange or refund process
As soon as we receive the returned product you will receive a confirmation and we will complete one of the following steps according to your request:
- If you would like a replacement it will be sent within 1 business day. You will receive tracking information for delivery.
- If you would like credit for future in-store purchases you will receive it within 1 business day via a code to your email.
- If you would like a refund of your payment you will receive it within 7 business days.
